Looking to retrofit a cooler into the port icebox.

Is anyone able to give me the internal dimensions of the chest please?

I have been advised that the internal dimensions of the cockpit fridge are 420mm x 480 x 480 high.  Internal corners have approx 50mm radius.

That works out to about 96 litres, and I'm hoping the side and base insulation is good because that's where the heat loss will be.  Perhaps retrofitting the new chair from the 1250 will provide some shade which might help.

Looking at an ozefridge system.

Installed an Ozefridge system this week.  The compressor unit fits quite nicely on the shelf above the port engine, but I think I may have overengineered the eutectic plate size as it only JUST fits.  We'll see how the system goes as far as battery drain before commenting fully.
